Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.
Requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Customized or made-to-order sarees and suits.
Products purchased during sale or clearance.
Slight weaving irregularities or color differences due to lighting/camera.
Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via store credit or bank transfer.
At present, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order after refund confirmation.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless the error is from our side (wrong/damaged item).
