At Saree Ecommerce Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items and custom orders are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@sareeestore.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
